At present to initiate "MAKE IN INDIA" Schemes by the Hon'ble Shri. Narendra Modi, Prime Minister, Govt. of INDIA, will the Instrumental to impress upon the Youth and New Generations. Therefore this Trust will strive to achieve the proposal to a remediate the Aspects and Development of Education, Social, Economic and Cultural; Trade and Industries; natural factors with Agriculture and Allied Occupations; Press Media; Public Contributions; Human Rights and Women Empowerment; Labour and Child (Female Child) etc.

★The major objects of the Trust - GNA is to implement the schemes and progress of Prime Minister's Socio Welfare Activities (SWA) of our Nation and would be highlighted so as to increase Awareness the PPPs Services.
★ PPPs Programs - to provide assistance and meet out the Primary Needs - Food, Water, Cloths and Shelter. In the critical situation, First Hour and First Day of Emergency accord by the Natural Calamities like Earthquake, Flood, Fire, Cyclone, Stroms, Accident; Disease and Epidemic the latest Unknown Virus - CORONA Virus (COVID-19).
★ This organization would lend its whole hearted support to enlighten, dogmatism and popularize the principles of our Hon'ble Prime Minister.

C. MANAGEMENT OF THE TRUST:
Any of the Trustees including the First Trustee and Managing Trustee can resign from Trusteeship of the trust by submitting a letter of resignation.
The Managing Trustee shall have the right to appoint, to nominate any one of his /her heirs or any other person, as Managing Trustee in his /her place who shall hold office for life or at will. This right of appointing or nominating the successor Managing Trustee vested in the present Managing Trustee holding office for the time being shall be absolute unless the said managing Trustee having such power of appointment or nomination relinquishes such right expressly in writing.
The office of the Managing Trustee will be succeeded by the legal heir of the present managing trustee and hereditarily be their heirs. Hence, the trust will be hereditary in nature.
D. The strength of the board of trustees shall not exceed six or such other number as the board of trustees decides from time to time.
E. Resignation by Trustee
The First Trustees shall be the lifelong Trustees. Any Trustees may however tender his/her resignation from the position of Trustee of the Trust at any time and at his/her co-trustees and upon the expiry of such period, he/she shall be deemed to have vacated his/her office.
F. Removal of a Trustee with the approval / Acceptance of the Chairman:-
A Trustee may be removed from his /here office if the Trustees pass a resolution in their meeting with three - fourth majority. However, before such removal, the Trustee shall be served with a notice prior to the meeting notifying such Trustee of the intention move such resolution and the reasons the of in the notice it should be mentioned that such Trustee is permitted to file a written representation addressed to the Chairman /Managing Trustee (and in case the Trustee sought to be removed is the Chairman with a notice to all other Trustees). Within seven of the receipt of such notice. The written representation, if received within seven days, shall be circulated along with the notice and agenda of the meeting of the Trustees.
The representation of such Trustee, if received after such period of seven days but before the stipulated time of such meeting, shall be read by the Chairman of such meeting of the Trustee before the start of discussions on the removal of such Trustee. Such Trustee shall also be permitted to make oral representation in the meeting during such discussions.
G. Appointment of new Trustees with Prior Approval / Approval of the Chairman :-
If the First Trustees are desirous of appointing additional trustee or trustees, it shall be law if the First Trustee to appoint any other person or persons to be Trustee or Trustees to be appointed subsequently will hold office for such period and upon such in each case as the Trustees may deem fit.
H. Powers And Duties of Chairman, Managing Trustee and Trustees:
Powers of the managing Trustee:
The Managing Trustee shall have the following powers:
(a) The Chairman shall be the head of the Trustees.
(b) The Chairman shall preside over all meetings of the Trust.
(c) The Chairman shall have the power to call for an urgent or emergency meeting of the Trustees either suo moto or on the advice of the Trustees.
(d) The Chairman shall have the power to sign any letter or papers on behalf of the Trustees either in his individual capacity or jointly with any other Trustee.
(e) The Chairman shall have all the powers of Managing Trustee also.
(f) The Chairman's decision/acceptance Is the final-for all such deed of the trust.
The Chairman may authorize Managing Trustee or any other Trustee(s) in writing to discharge any such power (s) of the Chairman in his absence as may be specified by the Chairman in writing .
I. Powers of the Trustees with the Approval of the Chairman :-
a. All the properties, funds and assets of the trust shall vest in the Managing Trustee and he shall be in complete Management of the affairs of the Trust.
b. The Managing Trustee of the Trust shall have the power administration, employment, removal of employees etc. A secretary may appointed by
the Managing Trustee to look after the day -to-day administration of the Trust under the supervision and control of the Managing Trustees of the Trust.
c. The Trustee/s may meet for the dispatch of Business, adjourn and otherwise regulate their meetings, as they think fit. The Managing Trustee shall summon meetings of the Trustees. The Managing Trustee shall be entitled to exercise one additional casting vote in the event of equity of votes.
d. The Managing Trustee shall have the power to augment the funds of the Trust from any source by accepting donations, voluntary contributions of any if they think such acceptance is the interests of the Trust.
e. Without prejudice to the above such general powers, the Managing Trustee shall have powers.
f. To buy, sell negotiate and enter into contracts, rescind and vary such contracts, make advances upon and pay the purchase of all material stores, machinery and goods required.
g. To purchase land and buildings and maintain and keep up lands and buildings, equipment and materials and to sell, mortgage of dispose off all or any of the same as the Managing Trustee may think fit.
h. To execute, become party to sign acknowledge, perfect and register all deeds agreements and to give effectual discharge on behalf of the Trust.
i. To borrow from time to time such sum of moneys for such period on such terms with or without security as the Trustees may think fit.
j. To draw, make, accept, endorse, discount, negotiate, execute and issue promissory notes, bills of exchange, cheque, government and other securities and other negotiable instruments.
k. To initiate, conduct, defend , compound, withdraw, compromise, adjust, refer to arbitration or abandon any legal or other proceedings, claims or disputes its officers or employees concerning the affairs of the Trust and to sign and verify vakalaths, plaints, statements, executions, petitions, affidavits and other proceedings.
l. To open and close accounts with banks, to operate upon any such accounts to pay and draw money from such accounts and otherwise deal with the same and the powers in this behalf may be exercised by the Managing Trustee or by any other Trustee or by other Trustees empowered by a resolution of the Trustees in a meeting held under the president-ship of the managing Trustee.
m. To insure and keep insured, if deemed expedient, all or any of the buildings and other assets of the Trust.
n. Generally to carry out transactions as they consider expedient in the interest of the Trust and to make all such arrangements and do such acts and things on behalf of the Trust as may be usual, necessary desirable or expedient for the management of the Trust or in carrying out its objects.
o. To invest the funds of the Trust only in any investments authorized under the provisions of the income - Tax Act, which will enable the Trust to avail the exemption available there under.
p. The Managing trustee is authorized to borrow moneys for the purpose of the Trust from Banks, financial institutions and others with for or without security and in respect of any other assets both movable and immovable belonging to the trustees security and execute under the need of agreement or deed or mortgage for the purpose of offering the assets of the Trust as security in for such borrowings.
q. The managing Trustee is entitled to mortgage the funds and the Managing Trustee as be found necessary in this behalf on approval of the Trust Board and any such documents /contracts shall sign moneys and other assets of the Trust in any immovable properties.
r. The Managing Trustee is authorized to acquire by purchase or by lease ,land ,buildings lands and other properties for the purpose of the objects of the Trust .The Managing trustee is authorized to construct on own land or leased land, superstructure for the purpose of the object of the Trust and for the said purpose the Managing Trustee shall all the documents.
s. To delegate by the powers of Attorney or by are solution passed in this behalf or otherwise any of the powers here in above specified ,to any Trustees or any other persons for effectively and smoothly carrying out the objects of the Trust and for proper administration of the Trust.
t. The Managing Trustee is entitled to make rules for the purposes of the objects of the Trust. But such rules shall not be against the objects of the Trust as stated above. Any amendment to any clauses of this Trust Deed shall be carried out only with the approval of the Trustee, subject to the provisions of law.
u. The Trust is entitled to collect fees for the purpose of the objects of the Trust.
v. To collect Donations, gifts in cash or kind from registered bodies or firms, limited companies or from Government either by aids to trust or getting lands by donations or by assignments or long lease and other general public irrespective of region/ language caste, religion sex etc. and use the same towards fulfilling aims and objects of the Trust.
w. To raise/borrow from time to time such or sums of money at such interest for such period and on such terms with or without security movable or immovable as the management think fit or secure payment of with interest by mortgage of the Trust properties.
J. FUNDS OF THE TRUST
The funds of the Trust shall comprise :
a. Donation received from Philanthropists.
b. Endowments if favor of Trust.
c. Grants from Central and State Government, Corporations and other Statutory bodies and Institutions.
d. Donations received from general public and Institutions.
e. Any other income which may accrue in the working of any other institution controlled by the Trust.
f. Donations/Gifts received from individuals, Institutions and foundations.
K. Assets of the Trust :
The trust assets shall comprise of all funds received as donations whether as corpus fund or otherwise, all income the investment, movable and immovable properties acquired by gift, purchase, lease or otherwise and all the properties shall be held either in the name of the Trust or in the name of the Managing Trustee or two of the Trustees as the circumstances may require.
L. Accounts:
1. The accounts of the Trust shall be closed every 31st march and income and Expenditure account and balance Sheet as on that date shall be prepared. The Surplus found if not applied within the year of account shall be accumulated for any specific object of the Trust and invested in any manner authorized under the Income Tax Act for the time being.
2. Qualified Chartered Accountants shall audit the accounts of the Trust every year.
M. General:
1. This Trust shall be irrevocable.
2. The trustees shall have power to frame from time to time rules for the proper conduct of the affairs of the Trust including the process of conducting elections to the position of the managing trustee or chairmanship of the trust after the time of the present permanent Chairman and Managing Trustee and alter, amend, very, rescind, annul, any of the clauses or rules of the original deed or any supplementary deed of declaration of trust. Also the trustees shall have power to alter, amend, very, rescind, and annul any of the powers vested in the trustees by the ORIGINAL DEED or any supplementary deed of declaration of Trust. The trustees shall not have any power to amend any of the objects of the Trust unless such amendments are in consonance with the main objects of the trust.
3. The income of the funds of the Trust shall be solely utilized towards its objects and no portion of it shall be utilized for the payment to trustees by way of profit, interests, dividends etc.
4. The benefit of the Trust is open to all persons irrespective of Caste, Religion, Sex, Creed, Region/ Language etc.
5. The trust shall not carry on any activity with the intention of earning profit.
6. The trustees by a majority decision may appoint, nominate, elect or co-opt any lawfully eligible person as the Trustees of the said Trust.
7. The trustees by a majority decision may remove ,suspend ,any person recommended by the Managing Trustee from the trusteeship of the trust for breach of trust, misconduct, misrepresentation, misappropriation of the trust property or such other overt or covert conduct, activity or behavior which the Managing Trustee deem to be against the interest of the trust.
8. The following persons are additionally appointed as Trustees for efficient Management of the Trust to achieve the objects of the Trust. Trustees along with the managing trustee for the time being will be referred as Board of Trustees.
9. Any amendment to the instrument creating the trust will be carried out only after obtaining the approval of the Director of Income Tax (Exemptions), Chennai.
10. The charitable activities of the Trust will be carried out within the country and no part of its activities will be carried out outside India.
11. Out of the income of the Trust not more than 5% will be spent on religious matters or given to institutions engaged in religious activities. Out of the donations / income / supports will help as protect vulnerable children and provide desperately needed relief the families. 10% year contribution will be used to help to prepare for the near emergency. No body knows the next crisis (Natural calamities) will strike, but your support / donation helps save the children provide assistance in the critical first hours and days an emergency when the children need us most.
12. Without the prior approval of the Director of Income Tax, (Exemptions) Chennai no immovable property of the trust will be sold or otherwise disposed of.
13. The Trustees shall at all times stand indemnified in respect of any act they have made bonafide, committed or omitted to be done in respect of matters relating to the Trust.

In the event of the Trust not being able to function in respect fulfillment of the object , discharging all the liabilities the trustees shall transfer the assets of the Trust to any Public charitable Institutions having similar objects.
